The Performing Arts Centre is the strand of the MAPAS Centre for anyone who loves to act, dance or sing. 

Below is a list of the different groups which are part of the Performing Arts Centre, with a bit of information about what each group does, when they rehearse and the entry requirements if you would like to join.

Junior Drama

If you have a passion for acting and love to be on stage then come along to Junior Drama. You’ll be involved in all types of exciting activities to develop your acting skills from Improvisation to Sketches, Monologues and fully fledged plays. Come and hone your acting chops with other like-minded aspiring actors and be involved with regular MAPAS Centre Showcase Concerts as well as a special 'Theatre Spotlight' performance each year.

Junior Musical Theatre

The Junior Musical Theatre Company is one our best attended groups. Your Singing, dancing and acting will all be refined and developed through guidance from our team of expert tutors. Junior Musical Theatre Company performances are always a highlight of our MAPAS Centre Showcase Concerts. Members of the company are also involved in our full scale musical productions.
